  1.  Simply purchase the desired duration you prefer to have for your PGM

    2. Choose your Meditation/Process Type (in descriptions below)

    and proceed to the contact form (click here)  with your type of PGM

   you wish to have.  We would already have the confirmation of payment

    and would require this information for Lilian to begin working on your PGM.

      3. Expect your PGM to be completed within 7-9 days (10-12 days if purchased         during the holiday season) from the day you ordered/made payment. 

   This is due to the  Lilian's other sessions/work with clients.   

   She always does her best to deliver earlier than anticipated.

• Healing/Affirmation/Loss/Rejuvenation/ Meditation/Process:

  A request for these types of guided meditation/process, Lilian will incorporate certain sentiments/words/thoughts through healing visions accompanied by soothing sounds (music/nature sounds available).  Helping you toward accessing a very real universal flow through your body, mind and Spirit along with your chosen guided process/meditation.  For loss of loved ones/friends, please forward the type of guided meditation you are interested in and if you wish certain words/sentiments to be included, please forward your requests.  For Affirmation type guided meditations, with continual use, you will notice a very real perceptual shift in how you experience life within and outside yourself.  Recommended listening:  once a day for a week and then once a week.   Upon payment, you will receive your personalized mp3 through E-Mail within 7-9 days. (Depending upon orders received.)

This type of (m/p) will focus on working through a chosen issue in your life, answering a question or specific affirming intention you may have for yourself.  A powerful way to manifest changes and like the other type of meditation, this (m/p) becomes very effective/affective with continual use.  People who would like to heal/understand/manifest better health, loving relationships (self and others),  empower oneself through unleashing new thoughts eliminating personal fears/anger,  help with starting over in life,  promote positivity  or other questions/intentions, this type of (m/p) is for you.  Listening to this type of (m/p) once a week or more, allows for new insights to come through each time. Upon payment, you will receive your personalized mp3 through E-Mail within 7-9 days. (Depending upon orders received.)

Upon payment,  please fill out the contact form (click here)  and forward your specific healing/affirmation request(s) and if purchasing the Question/Intention (m/p), please forward your question/intention.  Please note:  You may be contacted for further clarification or for additional information if needed.     In addition, Lilian uses a variety of sounds, ranging from specific musical backgrounds to nature sounds.  She is guided toward certain sounds for your individual requests and produces an mp3 in part by your request but also, Spirit guidance.   However, you can request not to have background sounds. Upon receiving your information/request, you will receive your personalized mp3 through E-Mail within 7 - 9 days.  Due to time and effort put into each personal guided meditation, there is no refund.  Please ensure you give as much information for your order - the way you wish your P.G.M to be.  Thank you :)
